The first three weeks are spent making animals using 'Pinch-pottery' techniques looking at different ways to represent fur, scale, and eyes. Exploring the use of colour with oxides slips and glazes.
The next part is making a human head, considering proportions, the texture of hair and flesh. Again using oxide slips and glazes to create interesting patinas.
Our experienced tutor will help you overcome any creative block to achieve your final ceramic vision.
