Throughout this course you will be guided through posture, mantra and meditation to engage with a physical, mental and spiritual practice. We will work on the 8 chakras which are energy centres in the human body and fundamental to Kundalini Yoga. This practice enables us to stimulate and balance these chakras, release blocks and integrate the body, mind and spirit.

Helen's Teacher Profile:
I have been committed to my yoga practice for the past 30 years. 10 years ago I completed the British Wheel of Yoga teacher training foundation year. In October 2019 I began the year long Kundalini Yoga teacher training course with the International School of Kundalini Yoga (I-SKY) and I am now a certified Kundalini Yoga teacher.
