Standard Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your place on a course you must do so at least 14 days before the course starts in order to receive a full refund. We reserve the right to charge an administration fee.
• Cancellation must be made in writing or email to info@arthousesheffield.co.uk
• If you require a refund we will charge £15 administrative fee – alternatively you may transfer your booking to another course free of charge.
Late Cancellations
If you cancel your place within 14 days prior to the course starting you will only receive a refund of 50% of the original course fee (or 50% towards transferring to another course/workshop). Cancellations within 24 hours are not be refundable.
Unfortunately, once a course has started no refunds or transfers are possible.
If we are forced to cancel a course/workshop then you will receive a full refund with no administrative fee deducted.
The Art House cannot provide refunds for sessions that you have missed due to illness.
