Following are the terms and conditions that apply to the shipping of any and all retail products purchased from this website (food is NOT able to be shipped, and thus this information does not apply to any and all food products. Please see the Terms & Conditions for further information).

Domestic Shipping Policy

  • All orders will be processed within 3-5 working days. Shipping services will not be provided on weekends and national holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, then shipping may be delayed under these circumstances. Please allow additional days for transit and delivery of your order(s). If there is expected to be a significant delay in the shipping and delivery of your product we will attempt to notify you via e-mail or telephone contact services.

  • We can not and do not provide shipping services to anywhere outside of the UK. Our clay kits require the purchaser/user of the product to drop off their finished product to The Art House, Sheffield, as these products are not suitable to be shipped back to us. If you choose to do so we are not responsible for any breakages or damages that may occur.

  • All deliveries will be issued an estimated delivery date, on which acceptance of the package must be made. Specific delivery time slots may be offered by the courier, but this is not guaranteed and deliveries can sometimes continue into the evening. Customers are strongly advised to be present for deliveries as a signature may be required upon acceptance of the package. We cannot accept liability for products spoiled due to missed deliveries or deliveries rescheduled to outside of the 24 hour shipment window. This also includes missed deliveries for customers who have ordered delivery to their place of work, but have not stayed long enough to accept the deliveries that have been attempted in the evenings.

  • The courier used by The Art House Shop & Kitchen is subject to change with little or no notice required. Presently said courier operates as the Post Office, and parcels at present are being shipped by The Post Office and regularly as Second Class parcels. Shipping prices and variants are subject to change dependent on both The Art House company and the Post Office.
